Shannon came to the house on the initial visit and went over the contract and looked at the house and property and explained how the process of the sale worked. She listened to my thoughts and took my recommendations into consideration when marketing the house. She also sent me agreements and contracts ahead of time so I had time to look them over. She was very professional plus being compassionate about the reason for me selling my house.
