Shannon and her husband, Rob Malcom, have been turning properties into possibilities for the past several years in and around Birmingham. Rob’s company, Three D Properties of Alabama, Inc. has renovated and remodeled numerous homes over the past five years. This year, Shannon pursued the necessary education to obtain her real estate license so that she could help their family and others obtain the goal of homeownership. With the knowledge that they have in renovations and remodeling, they have contacts for just about everyone you’d need to turn a property into your dream home.
Shannon is known for her outstanding customer service, 24/7 availability, her impeccable communication, and her attention to detail. She works very hard, providing excellent service and walking through each step of the home buying process with her clients. She is not embarrassed to say that she doesn’t know the answer to a question, and is diligent in obtaining the RIGHT answer for her clients.
Shannon and her husband, Rob, have quite the testimony of how God’s redeeming love has restored their family and allowed them to move from homelessness to homeownership. The passion they have for helping others and the truth they speak in love comes from a very real place, a personal place within their hearts. Shannon and Rob are involved in several different ministries giving back so freely what was given to them as they overcame many obstacles and hardships.
