My husband and I were relocating back to Rochester from North Carolina. While my husband was in NC finishing up the sale of our house there I was in Rochester looking to buy, so we were slightly apprehensive about my husband being out of state during the process but Shannon put us at ease! Her superb knowledge of the current market and trends and her easy going personality confirmed we hired the right realtor. She was always available to answer any questions either of us had and her vast understanding of the industry made it easy for us to follow. Shannon is fun but also amazingly professional. I can’t recommend her enough! I hope I never am in the market again, but if we are, Shannon will be my first call!!! Thank you Shannon!
