Shannon Fitzpatrick is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Most recently, Shannon has been both my seller and buyer agent in the extremely competitive Rochester area real estate market. Her work is OUTSTANDING. She is highly experienced, professional, thorough, and detailed oriented while at the same time being warm, available and personal. While the competitive seller’s market did not allow for to a formal house inspection with Shannon I felt I was getting an inspection anyway because of how competent and experienced she is. In addition she referred us to professionals throughout the process all of whom were also excellent and honest. My wife and I feel so lucky and grateful to have Shannon as our realtor! She got back to us right away when we initially reached out and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. She explained everything about the home buying process in a way that was easy to understand for newcomers and was always patient. Her attention to detail was truly OUTSTANDING - she seemed to know everything about every house we looked at and if she didn't have the information immediately at hand, she knew exactly where to find it and got back to us with a summary of every home right away. When it came time to make offers, she was always honest and forthcoming about her expectations. After our offer was accepted, she took care of everything and made it all as smooth as possible for us - and again was incredibly helpful in explaining every step along the way and answering our questions. One area that deserves special mention was Shannon's flexibility in scheduling and working with as we were looking for homes while living out of state. Shannon made multiple trips to look at houses with our friends when we could not do so in person. She always promptly answered our texts, calls, and emails - even late at night! Finally, when we told her about home improvement projects we wanted to have done , she provided recommendations for local companies and every single one of them has been incredible. When questions/issues have arisen after we've moved in, Shannon has been available to help and provide advice - her relationship with you extends even beyond the sale! While we are hoping we have found our forever home, should we be looking in the future, we will absolutely be going with Shannon again. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Shannon came very highly recommended. Her reputation carried over to me from multiple friends of mine who recommended her. One of those people has worked with her multiple times. Repeat business is hard to come by in a competitive field like real estate. The fact that she's experienced and connected means that you will end up with quick and easy access to reputable lenders, lawyers, and contractors that she's worked with MANY times. If you're a first-time homebuyer like I was, you'll benefit greatly from this. She's delightful to talk to, VERY knowledgeable, and manages to maintain a completely personable vibe whilst being super professional at the same time. Everything is prompt and sharp when she's assessing a property, generating an offer, or guiding you through the closing process. If you're unfamiliar with what it's like to buy a house these days, you'll find that it's nearly impossible to get an offer accepted without waiving an inspection. You need to either know exactly what to look for during a showing, or you need to be with someone who does. You can literally SEE her dig around. She goes right for the guts and the bones of the house and looks for problems, especially things that were not shown in a listing. And it doesn't end once the ink dries. She's checking in with you, dropping off presents during the holidays, and then checking in with you again. Some of it is service, some of it is because she's just kinda awesome, and some of it is because she's constantly building on her craft and know that she can learn a lot from your experience AFTER you bought a house, especially with things like renovations and improvements. You will not get this from a newbie agent, and there are a LOT of those out there in today's competitive market. Shannon manages to be contemporary, professional, connected, and very easy to talk to. She is keenly interested in getting you into what you're looking for, and making sure you're happy in the end.
