I met Shannon at an open house after a horrible experience with two other realtors. She was very sympathetic and helped me right away to transition to using her as my realtor. Shannon was knowledgeable, and caught issues with homes I had previously seen that other realtors missed. She went above and beyond to do additional research to ensure the homes I viewed were structurally sound. She discovered items not disclosed by seller's and issues missed on inspection. She was extremely thorough and allowed me to feel she had my best interest. She was extremely professional when dealing with not only myself but other realtors and answered my calls and questions in a reasonable time. I ended up buying in a private sale and she still continued to guide me through the process even though she would not receive a commission. Shannon kept my best interests and I would recommend her to any and everyone I know.
