Shannon Davis

We had been looking in the Henderson area online for several months. When we were finally ready we were given Shannon Davis’ name by a family member who had recently used her to find their home. We contacted Shannon and on relatively short notice, she lined up 12 homes for us to see in 1 day! We traveled to Henderson on several different occasions, each time Shannon lined up homes for us to see. When we had narrowed our search to two homes Shannon arranged for us to see each one again the next day. We decided, made an offer and it was accepted in one day. At each step of the process Shannon was very timely and went above and beyond to get answers to all our questions. Buying a home can be a very stressful experience, but Shannon did everything possible to make it fun and stress free!

I am more than pleased to have Shannon as my agent. To start with She went right to work, and started to send listings that fit my wish list. When communicating with me she always answered the phone, and when she didn't she returned call quickly. She took me around and showed me many listing. Explained what to do every step of the way. My brother an I decided to buy a home because we were tired of living in apartments because of the increase in rent every year and we never really felt like we were living in a place we could call home. When we started looking for houses we were put with Shannon by rocket mortgage and she was great especially for first time buyers. While we were looking and all the way up until closing on the house she was very personable and professional. In the event of finding my home I had to fire my previous realtor because the house I was going for went into escrow twice. After finding Shannon she got me into escrow within 4 days and got my dream home!
