She didn't rush us into a sale so she could scoop the commission. She didn't discourage my price offers during the negotiation process, which if accepted would have decreased her commission significantly. She DID always encourage us to ask questions, and she always looked out for us to ensure we weren't taken advantage of by the selling agent (and boy, did the selling agent try to do just that). She provided lots of input, and she was very careful not to overstep. She put our wants/needs first. She has an excellent network of contractors, handymen, inspectors, etc. that we really tapped into during our due diligence phase. Shannon's experience and super friendly manner made our home-buying process pretty much stress-free. She loves what she does, and it definitely shows. I always say it's better to be lucky than good, and in this case we were very lucky to have Shannon as our buyer's agent. She's kind, she's honest, she's likeable, but most important of all, she's good. She's good at her job, and she's good at heart. I'd let Shannon represent any of my family members or friends looking to buy or rent.
