Working with Shannon was wonderful. She has tremendous knowledge of the Lamorinda area and helped us secure an amazing home in early 2020! She represented us on the buy side and was very savvy on how to negotiate the right price. She helped a great deal with inspections (often going on site for us when our busy schedules wouldn't allow us to be at the home) and helped us negotiate around those as well. She was very responsive and always thoughtful in her communications. The transaction was very smooth because of Shannon and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
