Cutler Real Estate asked Shannon a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Shannon's replies.
1. What is your professional/educational background?
Licensed in Ohio in 2015. Served with Delaware County Board of Realtors as Board President, Vice President, State Director and 2024 Realtor of the Year. Served with Ohio Realtors DE&I and convention committees. I received my degree in Landscape Design & Construction from Columbus State Community College in 2003 and been a professional designer and consultant in central Ohio since the late 1990s.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I have lived my entire life in central Ohio: as a child in Madison County, and 20 + years in the heart of Columbus. Currently, I reside in Delaware and live in a home that was built around the late 1880s. We love our vibrant downtown scene with parks, restaurants, shops and breweries that is just a short walk from our home. This is a college town with beautiful old homes and a community committed to smart growth for the future with a healthy nod to the historic past.
4. How do you spend your free time?
Sports and social activities with my teens keep me busy but when I have free time, I like to see my 3 grandkids and my youngest all together. Traveling to local and national parks to hike and kayak, touring public gardens, live concerts and being creative are my personal energy boosts.
