We worked with Shani to come up with an offer and she was able to turn it around next day. We were the first to make an offer, and the seller chose our offer by end of the weekend. Over the next week Shani helped negotiate final offer terms to address risks based on inspection findings, worked with the seller's agent to finalize the contract & followed up to document completion of conditions agreed.
