We'd been looking on & off for the right property for the past 2+ years, put offers in on 2 properties but were outbid each time. We contacted the realtor we'd been working with during that time same day a new listing came out that looked like a good fit, and found she was out on leave. She immediately responded nonetheless, and referred us to Shani, who with less than 24 hours notice set up a showing for 7pm on a Friday evening in Douglasville (probably an hour+ drive). We worked with Shani to come up with an offer and she was able to turn it around next day. We were the first to make an offer, and the seller chose our offer by end of the weekend. Over the next week Shani helped negotiate final offer terms to address risks based on inspection findings, worked with the seller's agent to finalize the contract & followed up to document completion of conditions agreed. She was great about facilitating communication with the seller's agent all along. We are so pleased and excited to be moving on to a new chapter in our lives, and would not be at this stage without the timely & professional action from Shani.
