Shani Vardy is not only extremely knowledgeable as a Realtor, she's also creative and understands her clients. She takes her time to understand you whether you are looking to buy or sell a home (I know, she's done both for me). Shani's experience in selling your home is quite amazing. She walks through the home and in a day or two she communicates everything needed to sell your home. My home was contracted in 5 days after the open house and closed 15 days from start to finish. all because of Shani's vision. She's sweet and tough at the same time. I purchased my home five years ago and was chosen out of seven buyers thanks to Shani. Both my daughter and myself are clients, and I have recommended friends who love her as well.
