Shakira was very knowlegable and maintained good communication with us throughout the whole process. In our first attempt to purchase a house that ended up falling through due to an unforeseen issue on the seller's side, Shakira was patient with us and took the time to assist us with getting the new home of our dreams. She had great initiative in reaching out to us and assisted us when we needed, and even provided great assistance after the sale was completed.
