Mrs. Mughal conducts business in the utmost professional manner. The mortgage company asked me for more information then I have ever been asked for. Though Mrs Mughal was not our mortgage broker, she ensured all documents were submitted and worked closely with my accountant and the bank to to submit all documents and get me approved for 2 loans simultaneously. I didn’t think it was possible but realtor of the year century Mrs Mughal made it happen! We got approved and closed on 2 new construction properties in the same day! We had the properties listed for rent the very next day and had prospective tenants within 72 hours.
