Selecting the right agent is key in this challenging market. Interview agents as they are the liaison with YOUR money whether buying or selling. After signing, LuAnn had my house listed and hosted an open house within 14 days. LuAnn’s marketing is impressive! Great photos along with her own YouTube narrative of a walk and talk through my home. Along with the MLS, she lists on several other platforms for maximum exposure. I listed end of July with hopeful optimism, but interest rates were bumping up weekly, homes cutting prices and sitting. Finally had multi offers. Unfortunately our buyer made the transaction difficult. Knowing LuAnn was a text or call away helped alleviate my stress. This is when a great agent deals with the unpleasantries and I could just smile when all was funded! Getting right to the heart of this review: We HIGHLY recommend LuAnn and her Team to take care of you and your real estate needs! Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, personable, focused, efficient, EFFECTIVE --- they cover it all. We listed on a Thursday, had a very successful Open House weekend, and by Tuesday, had multiple cash offers. By Thursday (1 week!), we were in escrow and 11 days later, we closed the sale at a price that was $26k over the original price we had discussed with LuAnn. Our situation was 16 months long --- sorting, cleaning, going through a lifetime of parents’ memories and possessions --- kept us busy for months. During all that time, LuAnn kept in touch and when we were ready, she brought us viable options on how we could best move forward. Ultimately, we decided to invest in fixing-up the house, rather than selling it “as is”. Through LuAnn’s connections, we were able to narrow our search down to two contractors who bid on the job, which included removing carpet and installing LVP flooring throughout; removing cottage cheese ceilings and retexturing; installing new lighting; renovating both bathrooms; painting inside and out; making electrical repairs; installing a new stove, dishwasher and microwave. The contractor and his team were great to work with and after 8 weeks, we could not have been happier with the results. We also had some “fix-it” work that we needed to have done and, again, LuAnn’s assistant, Ashlee, provided us with excellent recommendations for sprinkler/irrigation work, yard clean-up, as well as home inspection companies. LuAnn’s counsel to have that report ready for prospective buyers definitely helped the process move more quickly.
