Her and her team where very transparent from the time we met them till the time we sadly had to say goodbye. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone trying to sell their property.
This is the second time I've worked with LuAnn and her crew. Both times she took a sale out of her normal area. She has a really great partner, Garrett, who is able to do light and heavy repairs to prep for sale. No sale is entirely smooth sailing and one needs an agent who has "seen it all" and can adapt accordingly. LuAnn is all of this and more. The most important qualities to me are responsiveness and thoroughness. LuAnn has a support staff that keeps the administrative aspect humming which she handles the negotiations. I just sold my home in Rancho Cordova, CA in May 2024 and had the pleasure to work with LuAnn. I listed my home in January 2024 with another agent who I worked with to buy the same home in hopes of selling it before my wedding in April 2024 and my expected due date in July 2024. However, the agent I was working with was going through personal issues and was unable to give 100% of his time and energy on selling my home so he had his partner help. I met with another realtor my aunt recommended who worked with a big realty company in Sacramento who provided comps but did not want to tell me what he thought my house would sell for until I signed paperwork to hire him, this pushed me even more to choose LuAnn. What I think made a big difference in selling my home this time around was her marketing strategies, staging, and negotiation skills. I also received weekly updates via email from her team about what improvements and feedback they received that could improve future showings. She is available via text and phone call without having to go through a secretary or middle person. She promptly responds when you reach out to her. We sold with no contingencies/inspection and short escrow! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or buy.

My experience with LuAnn was amazing. I could really tell that she was acting in my best interest, and she was always very straightforward, even blunt about things. You could trust that she would tell things like they are, which made me confident that she wasn't just trying to make you buy any house... She was trying to matchmake you with the right house. That's something I very appreciated and there isn't enough of that upstanding attitude in the industry sometimes. I also appreciated her team, Ashlee who was always very on top of paperwork things and Garrett who was the nicest guy, he talked us through much of our house hunt as we tried to find the right place.
LuAnn helped me sell my mom's house in Lodi, Ca. This required not only the usual inspections/repairs but some well-targeted upgrades to make the home very appealing. LuAnn had the connections to help me complete these improvements with minimum hassle. Her colleague Clinton Garrett Scott did a quality update of the interior/exterior. But she also had other connections to help with the roof and chimney. We had quite a few offers LuAnn helped me decide which were best quality. We were able to work from there to arrive at a final sale. I highly recommend LuAnn for her competence, calm and judgment. Selling a house is a complicated endeavor.
