LuAnn was amazing in helping me to purchase my most recent home in Elk Grove, CA. I contacted her due to seeing her name on a “For Sale” sign near an apartment I was temporarily staying at. I didn’t know any real estate agents in the area, and figured that she must know something about the nearby neighborhoods. I was right, and I couldn't be happier with my luck. First and foremost, LuAnn was prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the buying experience. She was knowledgeable about the specifics of the property, the neighborhood, the city, and the Sacramento Metropolitan area as a whole. She had a vast number of resources, and was able to help me find local contractors to assist with some move-in projects on a tight timeline. I took a chance on the Yelp reviews when I selected Luann as my agent.  I'm sure glad I did because Luann was fantastic in helping me get into my house.  She was patient with all my questions and more than patient in dealing with my stubborn dad (who was armchair quarterbacking the entire transaction).  She knows her stuff and she knows how to leverage any situation that gets thrown , all while being as sweet as can be. 4 months later my water heater goes out and she was so quick to respond to my questions regarding my home warranty.  She's always follows-up and checks-in to make sure things get finished to the end.
