Excellent experience! I needed to buy a home and saw Luanns reviews on YELP and immediately messaged her. The next day, we met up with Luann and Rodrigo to explain what we were looking for in a home. The next 48 hours, we managed to view all the houses on our list and were already making an offer. We made the offer on the house on June 4th and I had docs signed and keys to the property in my hands on June 22nd. Faster than the 21 day close we originally were pushing for. Luann knew our lender well and made sure the ball stayed rolling. Rodrigo was always there showing us houses a reshowing again this house numerous times before we moved in.
