LuAnn and her team are very organized, and they held video conference to discuss with me the home purchasing process. The experience working with LuAnn herself was pleasant. When I brought up my issue with one of her agents, she responded promptly and validated my concern. She worked with the lender to give me a really good rate as well as good warranty companies. She also helped me to work with the seller to give me a great credit back during my purchase. Overall, she is a great agent, and I will recommend her business to anyone.
