Market Knowledge was exceedingly good as she advised and we put offers in 3 homes that should have been winning bids, which the last one was. LuAnn and her team are very organized, and they held video conference to discuss with me the home purchasing process. The experience working with LuAnn herself was pleasant. When I brought up my issue with one of her agents, she responded promptly and validated my concern. She worked with the lender to give me a really good rate as well as good warranty companies.
