Selling and buying homes, while exciting, is always stressful. In our case, the sale of our home was particularly exasperating because we needed to sell quick so that we could plan our move to aid with a family member who had fallen ill. In addition, we had a tenant in our home and a slow-to-respond management company. Luann was able to navigate the various nuances and got the home listed, appraised and sold at an incredible price! She was in frequent contact with the tenant and worked around their schedule in order to show the home.
