Seth just gets it
I started looking in April for a home and the market was nearly impossible to find a home. Seth helped us keep our patience and gave us context in terms of what the homes value was relative to others in the myriad of neighborhoods we viewed. His eye immediately goes to the expensive things that I never really looked for and he always contributed information that I didn’t consider myself. I recommend Seth without hesitation. Great guy to chat with too.
