Seth made a very professional appearance when he came to look at our house to sell. He was very knowledgeable about the selling market and presented us with comparable homes that had either sold or were on the market to sell. He went over all documents we had to sign as well as answered all of our questions about the property. Seth always got back to us if we called him to answer a question. He has quite a knowledge about interior decorating/design and staged our house beautifully to appeal to the buyers. He is a very kind and caring person and listened to all of our concerns about the selling process. He was very accommodating to my sister , who was a joint owner of the property and lives out of the area, and arranged for some of the documents to be signed online. We could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable agent that knows and understands the unique area we live in. The property sold very quickly and met all of our expectations.
