Seth went above and beyond to sell this house. The circumstances were unusual because it was a long distance sale. We live in Florida and the house we were selling was in Maryland. After spending an initial period of time there to get the house ready, we were able to handle things that came up with a quick phone call to Seth and he rook care of us. When I decided I wanted to move on from a rental property I decided I needed a full time realtor that would go the extra mile to make this a quick and easy sale. Wow, did a pick the best. Seth should up at the property full of knowledge about this type of duplex. He was very positive about selling this property quickly. We agreed to list the property that same day and we agreed on a fair price. I left the property and returned 2 days later and was surprised to find he had put up curtains, decorated countertops and even put towels in the bathroom and decorated it as well.
