Seth went above and beyond to sell this house. The circumstances were unusual because it was a long distance sale. We live in Florida and the house we were selling was in Maryland. After spending an initial period of time there to get the house ready, we were able to handle things that came up with a quick phone call to Seth and he rook care of us. Seth even tracked down a small piece of furniture that an estate salesman accidentally took and mailed the piece to us. Incredible! When I decided I wanted to move on from a rental property I decided I needed a full time realtor that would go the extra mile to make this a quick and easy sale. Wow, did a pick the best. Seth should up at the property full of knowledge about this type of duplex. He was very positive about selling this property quickly. We agreed to list the property that same day and we agreed on a fair price. I left the property and returned 2 days later and was surprised to find he had put up curtains, decorated countertops and even put towels in the bathroom and decorated it as well. I could not believe what a difference it made. He listed it coming soon on a Wednesday and Thursday should amazing photos he had taken previously of the property. There were 3 showings on that Thursday and the first showing on Friday we had a cash offer of the asking price. We settled 3 weeks later. I think his professionalism is second to none. When we were looking to list the property I was a little concerned about the appearance of one of the apartments. He said no problem I have a person that can make it look appealing.
