My home was on the market a year. I took it off the market, hired Seth, put it back on, had a signed contract in 11 days. It had many showings in the 11 days. Seth followed up with me after each showing. The preview videos were fabulous. He knows his stuff. Seth is also a very kind individual and is involved in our community.

He made the process so easy. When we decided to buy again, he was super patient, super accommodating and after seeing a wide variety of houses, he helped us find the absolute perfect one.
