It would literally not be possible for me to over-rate Seth's performance in all the above categories and more. The first realtor we dealt with in Albuquerque just gave up on us and said "I just don't have any houses to show you"....in the next ten days, Seth showed us about 12 houses, and continued to mend our broken hearts when our first four offers left us "always the bridesmaid and never the bride!" Finally one day, he saw a house that had reduced its price significantly and we went to see it at 3:30 pm; by 5 pm Seth was getting an offer to the Sellers and by 7 pm, they had accepted it. As everyone knows, that's just the first step in a long and complicated process and Seth was there every step of the way. Throughout all of this my husband became very ill, and I always had to balance our home search/purchase issues with his health issues and Seth totally understood, was seriously empathetic to Jerry's condition. Finally even after we closed and were moving in, over the WEEKEND, the opener on one of the two garage doors just suddenly broke, leaving us in the position of not being able to leave the house until it was fixed....within two house Seth had gotten us connected with one of the people in his network who actually put us ahead of two other jobs he had that day and within a few hours the door was fixed and we were able to leave for the night. We continue to be amazed by the extent to which Seth's love of what he is doing allows him to SO put the client first. We will always be thankful that Seth came into our lives!
