When we decided to move forward with purchasing the first property he showed us, it was only a week before we were pending on the house from the day we viewed it. Seth got me the house with all the repairs I requested as well as credits from the seller, a 3 week closing date, and a really great deal on the property as well. Moved from out of state and Seth was great. Was chosen more or less at random, but we got lucky. Other realtors kept trying to convince us to work with them and would either not communicate ... or would send us 6 new houses daily that didn't fit what we wanted.
