I can't recommend Seth enough. With only a brief conversation and having never met in person, he helped me make an offer with my never even having seen the house. He walked me through every step of the way while I was still 1500 miles away. A few days before closing, I made a last minute change to my funding source that threw a wrench in the works, but he rolled with it and supported my decision because it was what I wanted, even though it made his job a lot more difficult. On top of everything else, he went WAY out of his way to be sure I could access the house when I finally got to town very late on the evening of closing so I didn't have to get a hotel room. He takes care of his clients.

Seth came through after a little “mishap”. I think it was fate though that the first house we checked together with him circled back to us, and he was able to negotiate for us and seller even paid for a new roof.
