Where do we start? We have sat at a closing table nearly 3 dozen times in the last ~30 years. We have worked with many agents (some of which never got us to a closing table). Serena is in our top 2! She's attentive, responsive, communicative, and takes the burden off of the (in our case) buyer. She explains things in a detailed fashion. She follows up regularly and frequently. She handled the process side of things very well, explaining each step of the way, and kept this stress off of us so that we could continue with our day to day throughout. She worked with the seller agent, title company, inspectors, etc. While this transaction wasn't plagued by issues, there were some hurdles and difficult parties - she pulled it all together and in the end we closed ahead of schedule!
