We met Seonagh at an open house. We were just driving around looking for a home in SW Florida. We did not have an agent. We had been looking for a while. We already owned a home in Florida, but we decided to buy new construction and to sell our current home. Seonagh did more open houses than any agent we ever met. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was willing to help us with whatever needed to happen to sell our home. She was able to list our home and get it sold within a week. We were able to have our free time back and put our efforts toward decorating our new home and enjoying life. This was a very easy transaction and we were delighted with the results. Smooth sailing.
