She worked so hard for us! We never felt alone in the process. She was always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns & was always in our corner & had our best interests at heart. Her creative marketing skills made our home stand out to buyers from the start with an outstanding video & professional pictures. She kept doing new posts, special sales, & open house dates to keep our listing fresh and at the forefront. She kept us updated on market stats & fully explained anything we didn’t understand. She is extremely knowledgeable & personable. She gave us great advice regarding all offers & buyer requests during the process. Selena has awesome communication & negotiation skills & is good at getting useful information out of other agents. Selena absolutely stayed on top of everything! She even went to bat for us during Christmas, completing a watershed initiative form when a VA appraisal was done. I don’t always see emails right away & she would text me & let us know if an email had been sent that needed our response.
