Handle all of the crazy parts, and there were a few.

She worked so hard for us! We never felt alone in the process. She was always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns & was always in our corner & had our best interests at heart. Her creative marketing skills made our home stand out to buyers from the start with an outstanding video & professional pictures. She kept doing new posts, special sales, & open house dates to keep our listing fresh and at the forefront. She kept us updated on market stats & fully explained anything we didn’t understand. She is extremely knowledgeable & personable. She gave us great advice regarding all offers & buyer requests during the process. Selena has awesome communication & negotiation skills & is good at getting useful information out of other agents. Selena absolutely stayed on top of everything! She even went to bat for us during Christmas, completing a watershed initiative form when a VA appraisal was done. I don’t always see emails right away & she would text me & let us know if an email had been sent that needed our response. She would also reach out to buyer agents after showings for feedback if they didn’t give it promptly. Selena is not just an awesome agent, she’s an awesome person. She is a go getter. She doesn’t sit around & wait for things to happen, she makes things happen. Even during the busy holidays & when she had family things going on, she never slowed down doing an excellent job for us. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her as a listing agent. She is awesome at what she does!
