We were looking for a new home before and during the covid pandemic and we had to travel from another state to view houses so it was a difficult time to set up viewings and ensure everyone's safety. Sean very quickly understood the kind of house we were looking for and was very generous with his time, driving all around Southern Vermont showing us places. He respected our budget and didn't try to oversell us something that we couldn't afford. He was a great sport and joined us in some bushwhacking as we explored a lot of wild places! We found him easy to communicate with and totally professional in all of his dealings. He gave great advice on the local area and when we finally got down to making an offer. We would highly recommend Sean for buying or selling - he's a trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable and great to deal with.

As first time homebuyers my husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I had (wrongfully) always assumed realtors were pushy like car salesman. Sean is a far cry from that!
