When I found what I thought could be my ideal home online, I asked Sean if he could assist us with the purchase. He was naturally happy to comply, and since the house was in need of TLC, he suggested to draft an offer contingent to the results of an inspection. The inspection of the house, unfortunately, revealed many hidden problems (some of them structural in nature), so we withdrew our initial offer and made a counter, which wasn’t accepted by the seller. Even though that deal fell through, my husband and I were impressed with Sean’s professionalism and, above all, with the fact that not once we felt pushed into buying that house, or offering more money than we thought was worth. We bought our house remotely through FaceTime video walkthroughs. Sean was our eyes and ears during this process and was extremely helpful describing spaces that were good and not so good. He was very flexible and responsive allowing us to see multiple houses at short notice due to the fast paced housing market. A few times he was unavailable due to prior commitments, he proactively found us another partner realtor within hours to show us properties on his behalf.
