Sean has a very impressive understanding of the local real estate market and a deep, abiding desire to match clients with the types of homes they want. He responded to all of my inquiries within 24 hours and always managed to accommodate my visits from out of state, including a two-hour drop-in during the lead-up to closing that let me assess my new space and figure out my furniture needs. He offered realistic expectations of how sellers might respond both to my questions and to my bids. He's also a nice guy who continues to help me find local resources even after the closing.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with. We were looking for a new home before and during the covid pandemic and we had to travel from another state to view houses so it was a difficult time to set up viewings and ensure everyone's safety. Sean very quickly understood the kind of house we were looking for and was very generous with his time, driving all around Southern Vermont showing us places. He respected our budget and didn't try to oversell us something that we couldn't afford. He was a great sport and joined us in some bushwhacking as we explored a lot of wild places!
