I would not hesitate to use Sean and his company again for the sale of my house. He worked tirelessly to make sure my transition of selling my house went smooth and as quick as possible. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions and made my transition happen on my timeline and I could not ask for a smoother transition.

After receiving less than 3 months’ notice for transfer, we had gone through 4 realtors that gave us very little support and wouldn't even schedule our time when we would travel out to view homes in Colorado. Thanks to a friend's recommendation, connecting with Sean guaranteed us full attention as we traveled to house hunt, he mentored us on bidding and negotiation techniques based on the different areas we searched in, plus Sean and his wife Bobbi made us feel as comfortable as family while we were doing it. I put the trust of my family's well-being on him to find the perfect home and he did it, plus made the paperwork in closing low stress to ensure we understood everything we signed to optimize our purchase. That all being said, he's a Veteran who gets it when it's your 5th PCS, and you don't have the time to put up with the real-estate BS. I highly recommend his skills to anyone looking for a home in the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas and plan to use him when it is time to sell my home as well.

If I could give Sean Warner and the Warner Group 6 out of 5 stars... I would! As a first time home buyer, him and Bobbi Kae took the time to explain every single little process in detail. They were always so quick to respond to my husband and I, even with my endless list of questions that I always seemed to have! They were so motivated to help us find the perfect home. I truly felt they wanted what was best for us and always put in 101% of the work to do so. Buying a home for the first time is pretty intimidating, especially in today's market. They made us feel so comfortable and excited about every step along the way. Not once did they pressure us to buy a home we didn't love and we felt that they wanted us to love the house we were going to live in. I cannot recommend an individual more to help others find a home. I am so glad we were able to work with him and Bobbi.
