Sean Walsh is an extremely sharp and knowledgeable realtor. My family was looking to buy a property in the East Bay in the spring of 2023. As the CalHFA downpayment program was coming available, Sean was able to hook us up with a qualified lender so that we could be ready to go. When the program ended quickly before we could take advantage of it, he continued to help us refine our goals and needs, give us advice about neighborhoods and the state of the market, and we ultimately decided to buy land instead to build our dream home. Sean was very helpful and gave us great advice every step of the way. His assessment of the market was consistently on point, and he was very responsive and attentive to our needs, even as we moved to a smaller dollar vacant land transaction. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling him up again the next time I need a realtor in the Bay Area.

Sean immediately put together a team to assist - and give me needed reminders - in the massive preparations for the sale of my house after the 42 years I had lived there. Downsizing was the main challenge for me in the short period of time I agreed to on Sean's recommendation, 5 weeks, to get my house on the market by early November, 2022, before the real estate market went into hibernation at the end of the year. Sean's choice of a fantastic project manager, Dawn Collins, who took care of even the smallest details in getting the house ready for a facelift before and after I met my 5 week deadline to move out, was essential. Sean made great choices in updating the appearance of my house, both in the new exterior paint colors and the interior, with the choice of an excellent staging company, that made the house a draw that only required a 3 day open house to attract 2 serious buyers. The house sold in one week after the open house for considerably more than the asking price, due to Sean's knowledge of the local real estate market.
