We have bought and sold many properties over the years and Sean Singleton is the very best realtor we have ever had. We owned an older rental home that we had attempted to sell two other times. Sean was completely determined to help us get it sold. He gave many hours of his valuable time working on the yard, painting, fixing up, cleaning up and did this all with hardly any cost to us. It was so generous of him. He had beautiful and professional photos taken, had his team stage the home, and did open houses for us after advertising on TV with their connection to a TV station, social media, and many other avenues of advertising. This was during a time when homes were not selling very well and Sean got it sold! We asked for help in purchasing another home and he found a beautiful home in Lehi for us. He and his colleague gave up part of their commission to provide a great new refrigerator and put new blinds throughout the new home. Sean is generous, personable, approachable, smart, and everyone loves to talk to him. Sean did more to negotiate with our renters who were difficult to deal with, than the rental agent that we had hired. He actually found another home for the renters to move into so ours could be vacant and cleaned up. It was incredible the way he handled the entire situation! He even retrieved our lawn mower that the renters had taken! Sean has many connections and does an excellent job of networking. We have referred friends and family to him as he really has your best interest at heart and cares about his clients. He continues to stay in touch with us. We could not have been more impressed than we have been with this fantastic, kind, and caring individual, friend, and realtor. Thank you, Sean?
