I am a Realtor(R) Licensed in Massachusetts working with Sellers, experienced and First Time Home Buyers (www.FTHB.com), Investors (www.BREIC.com), Commercial and Residential Leasing customers in the Greater Boston area. Through the extensive resources of Unlimited Sotheby's International Realty's Brookline, Newton and Jamaica Plain offices, I service residential and investment clients inside the I-95/Rt 128 beltway. My particular areas of expertise are Brookline, Back Bay, Chestnut Hill, South End, Allston/Brighton, Kenmore, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, Dedham, Newton, Cambridge, and the Longwood Medical Area. My years of corporate management, marketing, strategic planning, corporate training, and contract negotiations have proven helpful in successfully negotiating leases, sales and purchases for my clients. No relationship is too large or small when it comes to helping my clients with their real estate needs. My business is built on the success of my relationships that are the result of satisfied customer interactions. I know that win or lose, buy or sell, transactions or just sharing my knowledge and insight...the individuals, families and businesses I am fortunate to work with are in a better place. As an active member in the community, I enjoy everything from skiing and volleyball with Boston Ski & Sports Club, to community fundraising and volunteering activities with the Red Cross, Hebrew Senior Life, and Community Servings. My wife Lori and I are also active in the Brookline schools as members of the Brookline School Council (elected Fall 2021), Brookline SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council), and supporters in the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) at the Florida Ruffin Ridley School in Coolidge Corner.
