I dont even know where to begin. I have bought 3 properties with Jesse over the last 10 years. Purchasing my first property was seamless. My 2nd property was scary. He helped me see the potential this home had and talked me through the potential costs to make it exactly what I wanted at a minimal expense. When we found out this house had knob and tube wiring Jesse was able to educate me on what that meant and negotiate the price a bit to cover the costs of removal and put me at ease. Thankfully in this business there is not Jesse hasnt seen a million times and can honestly talk you through anything. Jesse recently helped me purchase my most recent (3rd home) in Salem and was able to negotiate the price to something affordable and talk the sellers into letting us rent until we figured out how to make the whole thing work financially. Jesse then rented MY home off market in 3 days and I closed on my dream home by the Ocean 2 weeks ago and couldnt be happier. Its not often you find ethical people to do business with, but when you do- they are the people you stick with. Jesse has changed my life and given me the courage to buy these homes. I couldn't be more grateful.

Cathleen has helped me many times over the past 7 years. She helped me find a rental in Brookline when I first moved to Boston, and was one of the few realtors who really listened to what I wanted and needed. She also helped me buy (and later sell) a condo in Chestnut Hill. Cathleen did a wonderful job staging the condo when I sold it and setting the right asking price. Even in a slow market (2009), she helped me sell it quickly for a price I was satisfied with. She also helped with the subsequent purchase of a house in Newton. I'd highly recommend her as both a buyer's and seller's broker.
