Cathleen has helped me many times over the past 7 years. She helped me find a rental in Brookline when I first moved to Boston, and was one of the few realtors who really listened to what I wanted and needed. She also helped me buy (and later sell) a condo in Chestnut Hill. Cathleen did a wonderful job staging the condo when I sold it and setting the right asking price. Even in a slow market (2009), she helped me sell it quickly for a price I was satisfied with. She also helped with the subsequent purchase of a house in Newton. I'd highly recommend her as both a buyer's and seller's broker.
