We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sean Harden. We were first introduced by our real state agent and a good friend of mine Rob when we still in California selling our house. As we move back to Texas after 14 years we have very little knowledge about where to find the right place. It was hard from me at the beginning trying to find a job here to be qualified for our new home and it was always a call or text message from Sean telling me not to worry that God will give you the right job for you. Sean was truly amazing. He was very thorough and involved. If we had questions or needed anything his response time was outstanding. Sean was kind and very helpful.

He takes care of everything. Wish we had used him to represent us when we bought a house after Sean sold ours in a day. Huge mistake! The difference between Sean and the agent we used in a different town where we moved was night and day. She did nothing to earn her commission and seemed annoyed when we called for updates or had questions. He has so much knowledge in the field and anticipated everything that came up. My house was under contract with a different realtor, but when the contract fell through I hired Sean to relist the house. That was on a Wednesday and he had the house stagged, new pictures taken and relisted on the MLS by Friday evening. By Monday my house was under contract for substantially more than it sold for just 2 weeks prior! Sean is very thorough, detail oriented, communicative, honest, savvy, and patient. He never tried to tell me want I wanted, but his knowledge and experience were invaluable and informed many of my decisions. My fiancée and I subsequently used Sean to buy our new house and sell hers. We could not recommend Sean more!
