Sean Went over and above anything that we could have ever asked for anytime we called him he answered anything that we wanted he made sure that we had from even after we purchased the house to set up painters forest and stuff I have never seen a realtor do more for me and I have balked several houses over the years he is definitely the best I've ever seen
Sean helped me find the perfect first house with a difficult criteria set. He guided me through the process in a very difficult market, and helped me find the perfect house in my ideal location. He was always available to answer questions, and he showed me through many houses until we found the one that was perfect for me. Once we found the right house, he made the purchase process run smoothly and we got the house at my target price. Thanks for the help Sean!
Very strong knowledge, huge comfort factor when things got a little muddy. Kept a straight line of communication and taught my family a lot in the process.
My husband and I hired Sean Harden to help us find a home that better suited our needs. He was referred to us by a friend, and from day one he was a delight to work with. Throughout the several months of our search, he listened to our specific needs and diligently researched several different markets for a home that would be in our best interests. He was quick to point out potential problems in a prospective home so we would not have any ugly surprises after the purchase. At one point we were considering a home outside his service area, and he was quick to refer a responsible agent who met with us and confirmed our confidence in working with Sean. We made offers on several Central Texas homes, and Sean kept us up-to-date on of the progress of each contract, including the market analysis of each area as the markets fluctuated. His negotiation skills ended up saving us thousands of dollars on the homes we considered. He answered every call, text or email we sent him in a timely manner. Yet, he didn’t plague us with unnecessary calls or request that we preview a home unless it was on target with our needs. We appreciate the fact that Sean is an honest, spiritual man. It has been a blessing to have him working with us, and we highly recommend him for top-notch representation in a real estate transaction.
Sean’s determination to make a deal happen that I was 100% happy was noteworthy. He stuck with me through the hard buyer market and showed great patience with me throughout the entire process. Any questions about the real estate market and other current data/metrics were always addressed. Anytime I was interested in a house, needed information etc I would receive correspondence immediately. Sean’s passion to serve his clients is evident. I really appreciate him working hard for me because not everybody is like that despite saying they are. Thank you !
Sean is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. He was over prepared for our meeting and was very accommodating. He went out of his way to meet with my husband and I several more times to ensure we were making the best decision in buying our first home together. He was also instrumental in communicating with our lender and dealing with any issues that arose. Sean made our home buying experience easy and enjoyable! He truly cares about each person he works with.
Sean did an excellent job of representing us during our sale of our ranch. He worked very hard to get us the money and terms we wanted. This is the 2nd home he has sold for us. We highly recommend Sean he is definitely a strong negotiator Thank you again Sean
Sean͏ Goes the Extra Mile for his clients! Sean hosted countless open houses, talked to me often with updates, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He even helped us get into the house when we got locked out. A great agent is hard enough to find, but a genuine person is priceless!!!

Sean is an outstanding person, agent, broker, and an all around great guy...I called on a listing he had and we meet at the property. The house was not to my liking... We talked for a bit after the viewing and got to know each other, I told Sean what I wanted in a home and what type of area I wanted to live in... A few days later Sean called and asked if he could show me a subdivision in Belton TX... I had no idea what to expect, but had an open mind. The home, the area, the builder and quality of the home were all spot on...The process took just under one year... Sean kept me informed every step of the way and was there when I closed... Sean you are appreciated, and thanks for all the hard work ;-)
