Sean is an outstanding person, agent, broker, and an all around great guy...I called on a listing he had and we meet at the property. The house was not to my liking... We talked for a bit after the viewing and got to know each other, I told Sean what I wanted in a home and what type of area I wanted to live in... A few days later Sean called and asked if he could show me a subdivision in Belton TX... I had no idea what to expect, but had an open mind. The home, the area, the builder and quality of the home were all spot on...The process took just under one year... Sean kept me informed every step of the way and was there when I closed... Sean is a patient man. We accepted one of multiple offers on our home and the team attached ended up being completely incompetent. At first we thought maybe it was inexperience and so Sean gladly held their hand through the initial stages. Then we realized they were just no good. Delay after delay, mistake after mistake and adjustment after adjustment on our end, Sean stuck with it, seeing it through to the finish. Finally, 23 days after the initial scheduled close date, we drug them across the finish line….. still over the asking price of the house. Within a week of meeting with Sean, he had the condo staged, photographed, inspected, listed and an open house scheduled. Sean was awesome. We contacted him to talk with us about plans to buy a home right on the Lake of the Ozarks. Idea was to find a home up there and then IMMEDIATELY get out home on the market. The plan started slow in Feb as the wife and I started browsing the web for homes. Got more serious in late March when we locked in a Realtor in the Ozarks. Relayed to Sean that is would be a FAST run to get it all done (one house bought / one house sold) when we pulled the trigger so he started working with us to get our home ready. He was great in getting the stager in, rounding up the inspection, helping in finding and coordinate with contractors to take care of inspection items and taking care of last minute items when we left before our closing.
