He truly had my parents best interest at heart and took the time to explain each step in the house buying process. Sean was quite helpful and persistent in the selling of our home. The market started to change quickly and due to that took slightly longer than anticipated to close. Sean stuck with us through our frustration to make sure we sold at above a fair market value. After closing Sean still checks in from time to time to make sure we are doing well. Service like that is hard to come by these days.
Let me start by saying we happened upon Sean and, in the end, actually chose him over our long time family realtor. Let this, alone, speak volumes. We have purchased homes previously so, this wasn’t a new experience for us, or so we thought. Sean proved time and time again that he was absolutely looking out for our best interest. He raised questions and made things happen that typically would not have even been a consideration…(i.e new roof on a 40+ year old property; this is just one example of many) It felt, very much, as if he was buying this property for his family in the way he made sure our best interests were met. He knows everything there is to know in his field; an absolute subject matter expert, and left no stone left unturned when it came to making sure we were looked out for and didn’t hesitate to fight for us when he felt the sellers team could do better. With all said and done, our family owns our dream home in an area we never thought we could afford. Every day, we look around and still can’t believe this is our home. I can not even begin to put into words how grateful our family is for Sean. This wasn’t just business. This was personal. We were choosing a home. And it wasn’t just personal to our family, it was personal to Sean too. Maybe that was the difference, in the end. Sean is tucked into our families little hearts in a very big way. We are forever grateful.

He worked with us to make sure the property looked it's best, and kept up to date with market trends while we were selling. If there was any complaint, or suggestion, that I might have for Sean, I would out it here. But I don't. Truly top-tier results from an expert realtor. This is the 4th time we worked with Sean - he sold my house and my (then) boyfriend’s house, helped us buy one together, and finally helped us get it sold when we relocated to Chicago. Sean is a true pro - he knows the area, the trends in real estate, has tons of contacts to help get things done when prepping a house for sale, he always keep us up-to-date on things and was always available to answer any questions we had. One of our favorite extras that Sean would do was to send us a list of key dates so we always knew deadlines and timeframes. There are so many moving parts when buying and selling houses, and so much to keep track of - working with an incredibly organized and efficient realtor like Sean made the process easy and seamless. I should also point out that this last sale was part of a company relo, so Sean had to work with a 3rd party company that required him to jump through more hoops than usual, and he did so with grace. We highly recommend Sean, and will certainly work with him again if we find ourselves moving back to Austin.

Sean was more than a realtor. We toured the home of interest and I was enthusiastic. He noticed a few issues with the age of roof and HVAC and a bigger issue with an unstable floor in the study. Sean communicated easily with the seller/agent and most importantly kept me informed during this process. The house did not turn out to be the one but we quickly moved on to other options. Sean at all times worked hard to schedule showings and make excellent observations. When looking in a location like Sun City, many homes have the same floor plan and feel and it can be difficult to weigh the pluses and minuses. Sean was so helpful in taking notes and reviewing each homes condition and location with me. I was functioning with a tight timeframe and he made all the time needed to complete the search. An excellent experience and I look forward to moving into my new home.
