We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sean Harden. We were first introduced by our real state agent and a good friend of mine Rob when we still in California selling our house. As we move back to Texas after 14 years we have very little knowledge about where to find the right place. It was hard from me at the beginning trying to find a job here to be qualified for our new home and it was always a call or text message from Sean telling me not to worry that God will give you the right job for you. And at that time we just been introduced by phone. We met with a couple of realtors before Sean, but when we meet finally with Sean we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Sean walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Sean for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Sean to them! Sean is the absolute best. If you are reading this review because you are looking for a realtor, stop looking because you've found the best one. We recently moved to the area but were basically clueless about where to even start looking. Luckily we found Sean! He met with us and listened to all of ours "must haves" and what kind of areas we liked. We obviously had some idea of areas but it was great to have his perspective to things. We were very lucky to land a house on the first try. Not only did Sean an excellent job executing our offer but he also set us up with an excellent lender. During the whole process he made us feel as we were his only clients as he kept us in the loop with things, checked in with us and offered us good advice on things that were unfamiliar to us as we haven't bought a house in Texas before.
