Sean worked with us over a period of several weeks and showed us numerous homes - all the while he was getting to know us on a personal level. This allowed him to refine his searches and he was able to find us a quality home in a truly desirable area of Round Rock. He also took us on numerous tours of the area and introduced us to world reknowned Round Rock Donuts - it was love at first bite!

Amazing knowledge and service My wife and I started searching for property to purchase a few months prior to meeting Sean. Our experience with realtors throughout the process during that time ranged from sub par to average in my opinion. Once we met Sean we realized that we had found the realtor who would ultimately be who we need to find what we need. Not only did Sean help us find the perfect property, but he was highly instrumental in working with the seller's realtor and helped to negotiate the terms we need. We close on the property we have purchased in February and attribute it to the hard work and dedication Sean provided throughout the process. I recommend for anyone looking to purchase real estate in Central Texas to consider working with Sean. I've worked with many realtors over the past 20 years and have found that Sean is heads and shoulders above the rest. Thank you Sean for all you have done for us.

Thorough and Dedicated There aren’t enough kind sentiments to describe Sean Harden. I had a very special moving situation that involved a speedy transition. Sean jumped right into action, sending me a plethora of available homes to choose from within my criteria. He was very sensitive, warm, and motivating when my family felt discouraged with the current market. He has located my last 3 moves for me, but the perseverance with my most recent move created a sense of family. If you want a realtor that is well versed and dedicated to finding you the perfect home, Sean Harden is your man. When we are ready to buy we will be coming to Sean for our forever home.

If you need a realtor and need to sell your house fast Sean is the way to go ! This is the guy. he help me and walk me through everything I couldn’t do it without him .

Sean made selling our home (in 3 days, over asking $$price) and buying our new dream home a great experience. He is very knowledgeable in the market and gave us sound advice for selling in this fast-paced, Austin market. I trusted his advice for prepping our home to sell and was not disappointed. He is very thorough and kept in constant communication with us during the entire process. His real-estate predictions and instincts were stellar. I knew he was always looking out for us as his clients.

Sean was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Sean was an excellent guide for us coming from out of market area with uncertainty on exactly where to settle. He took the time to learn our likes/dislikes and was great at identifying prospect houses in multiple areas for our consideration. Sean's counsel during the buying process was great and was quickly available to answer any of our questions/concerns! Will be recommending him to friends and family in the future.

Strong Market & Process Knowledge, Unparalleled Buy & Sell Experience Sean was integral to both the sale of our current home and purchase of our dream home. Things didn’t go in that order though… Sean’s efforts, education and guidance helped us land multiple offers above asking price in just a few days. We could not have navigated the complex process of selling and buying simultaneously without him. I personally learned a lot along the way, and when things got tense and emotional - as it often goes with buying or selling a home - Sean kept us grounded and focused. I’d use him again and recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
