I haven't sold a house for 47-years so I was so glad I met Scott. He guided me through the process from start to "SOLD". Scott was great at offering suggestions and advice on improvements I could make to make the house show ready and they worked. Once the house was ready to show it sold in less than 48-hours. The inspection and Assessment also went smoothly. My closing and the buyers closing were also seamless with no issues at either one. Scott was incredibly helpful when we were moving into the MPLS area from out of state. He provided a portal for us to mark up houses we wanted to see and spent several days with us viewing homes and giving us details about our areas of interest.
