We used Scott both for a lot we were buying and townhouses we were looking at. Could not have had a better experience. Scott is the first realtor we've worked with who we felt more than earned his commission. His market knowledge is super, and he is very helpful in recommending price and terms for an offer. He was very proactive, so we didn't need to ask him to follow up on anything. I would certainly use Scott again and certainly suggest that you use him as well.
I can't remember how we stumbled upon Scott several years ago when we bought a townhouse in Harrisonburg, but he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with as he helped us with our search. We enjoyed keeping up with the real estate market through Scott's periodic market analysys through the years and he was equally helpful and professional when we sold our townhouse, and now our house as well.
