Scott Rogers lived up to his reputation as an excellent realtor. We were looking for an intergenerational house with 2 master bedrooms and 2 full kitchens in a particular county school district and proximal to Harrisonburg city and Generations Crossing daycare. Finding it on a dead end street with lots of elementary school aged children and a fenced yard for kids and dogs was also on our wish list. With Scott's help, we found a "unicorn." After finding it, Scott guided us through the bidding process, aided in finding inspectors, and kept us focused on getting important aspects such as need for a new roof addressed by the sellers. After the closing, Scott continued to be available for suggesting good painters and other workers to complete important tasks to get ready to move in.
Scott’s in-depth knowledge of the market and use of marketing tools is second to none. His thoughtful analysis through the buying and selling process both saved and make us extra money through his attention to detail. We used Scott both for a lot we were buying and townhouses we were looking at. Could not have had a better experience. Scott is the first realtor we've worked with who we felt more than earned his commission. His market knowledge is super, and he is very helpful in recommending price and terms for an offer. He was very proactive, so we didn't need to ask him to follow up on anything. I would certainly use Scott again and certainly suggest that you use him as well.

We enjoyed keeping up with the real estate market through Scott's periodic market analysys through the years and he was equally helpful and professional when we sold our townhouse, and now our house as well. He was always promt with his replies, always available and patient with the myriad of questions we had, and made the sale process smooth by always clearly communicating what the next steps would be. He offers excellent advice throughout the process and commicates with all parties promptly and effectively. We were often surprised to get calls or emails from him in the evenings or weekends.
