With that being said, Scott kept me grounded and at ease over the 3 months the house was in the market. My house was unique with an in law apartment and Scott put prospective buyers at ease, with many possibilities that this space could be used for. All while keeping me posted on how the growing went.

It took us a few years to find our house in this competitive and crazy market, during that time we toured many houses and placed many offers. Scott was extremely responsive, very available for questions, hard working/dedicated and generally just great to work with! His knowledge of the area was very useful (ie, We had no idea that certain houses built in certain time periods are more prone to a crumbling foundation due to the quarry that supplied cement having issues with minerality, etc etc), and his connections in the business were reassuring and useful! I've recommended him many times and will continue to do so!
We really enjoyed working with Scott! He was super responsive and helpful when trying to schedule appts to see homes, and he joined us for most open houses. He often pointed things out to us as we walked through a house, noting upcoming maintenance or repairs/replacements that would likely be needed, which helped us better understand the bigger financial picture. Scott was patient with our 5-year old and always upbeat and positive, which was very needed in this challenging market. When deciding on an offer price, Scott offered numerous comps and lots of information, but never pressured us to offer a certain amount. Scott was so wonderful and patient for myself and my fiancee as first-time home buyers. He really took the time to explain how everything worked in the home buying process, and he was great at pointing things out about houses that we never would have known to look for, like old wiring and other under-the-surface issues that are very expensive to fix. He was calm and reassuring but also realistic and direct about the possibility of the sale falling through. He stayed on top of all relevant communication between lawyers, surveyors, the seller, and her agent.
