When it was time to sell our condo, we knew exactly who to trust with this job, Scott and Sandy Nichols. We have known them for about 16 years and we knew we could trust their opinion, knowledge, and their true excitement about selling our house. Our experience began with Scott and Sandy sitting down with us and talking through both selling and home buying process as we were looking to move into our forever home and sell our condo. It had been sixteen years since we bought our condo, so obviously what we knew about real estate had changed. We were able to talk with them about what we were looking for in purchasing and listening to what we needed to do to get our condo ready and on the market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Scott and Sandy were able help us be able to look at new listings on the market and provide ideas in our current neighborhood that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. We know that it can be a challenge to not only sell a home but also be the realtor in the purchase of a new home all at the exact same time. Scott and Sandy were wonderful about scheduling open houses, scheduling tours of houses we wanted to see, being able to take care of our home while we were at work to make sure our condo could be shown, meet with inspectors and contractors to get the necessary work completed, and so awesome in answering our texts and questions any time of the day to make us feel not so stressed during a stressful but exciting time. Most important to us, Scott and Sandy were always honest with us about what they thought about our property, always available and helpful, and we always felt that they truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, they still cheerfully check in with us, reminding us of items to not forget to do about our new home.
